In Bossier Parish, a lady is accused of defrauding customers through her online store, Boujee Babes.

After a warrant for her arrest in Bossier Parish was issued, Bailey Baker, 23, turned herself in to police on August 30. She is charged on eight counts of using a trademark without authorization after allegedly imitating the following brands like Tory Burch, Louis Vuitton, Yves Saint Laurent, Golden Goose, Adidas, Gucci, Nike and Chanel.

Baker has posted a $8,000 bail and is currently free on bond. In June, KSLA Investigates published an article about Baker. In numerous cases, the ladies who contacted KSLA claimed they had ordered products from Baker but never got them. A few ladies also said that despite their requests for refunds, they never received their money back.

Baker allegedly offered for sale fake hoodies, sweatpants, and throw pillows. Some of the women who made purchases through Boujee Babes claim they are still waiting for reimbursements as of the time this piece was published.

According to the Shreveport Police Department, Baker has subsequently struck a settlement with the women who had complained to their office about her. They still exhort others to come forward if they believe they may have been victims.

Baker has a court date in October.
